Mike has been Director of Missions since Feb. 2011. He was born in Magnolia, AR., and has been a pastor for many years. He and his wife Leslie have three children and one grandson. He has a passion for seeing pastors and churches be all that God designed for them to be and believes we should be biblicaly based, culturally relevant, and spiritually empowered in all we do. Mike is a graduate of Dallas Bible College and Criswell College, and relishes the opportunities he has to speak to the churches and work with the pastors. Leslie is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas with a degree in Art, and enjoys singing, teaching the scripture, ministering to pastor's wives, and spending time with her family.

She is married to Stan; they have three children, and one grandson, Breken, born in December 2011. She a member of FBC, Meadville.
